Los Angeles experienced widespread celebrations after the Dodgers won a thrilling seven-game World Series championship. Fans worldwide joined Angelenos in jubilation, marking the initial time in 25 years that a franchise has achieved consecutive championships.
Celebration Parade Draws Enormous Turnout
Local celebrations included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and impromptu gatherings throughout the city.
Social media videos show thousands of Angelenos flooding city center avenues, many displaying handmade banners and Dodger flags. The squad was seen riding high on a double-decker bus through the crowds, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy proudly.
