I will overwhelm 'credible combatant' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua
Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the combatants met personally to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former two time world title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Difference
As the two fighters met for the traditional stare-down, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
